Now they are lowering our rates on shorter hauls and having all lease drivers resign contract to make us pay for plates, permits and fhut. i cant get out of debt at home and each time i get a good week im sure to get 2-3 bad ones to follow.
THIS IS THE TRUTH IF YOU ARE SMART THEN DONT GO HERE. they also have NO Single Drivers with the company they must drive team.

1. Written by todd, on 11-01-2010 00:41 I went to the school for a few days. Before I went I was told I would stay in a dorm type thing with ammenties. WRONG!!No stores to purchase food or smokes or anything. We stayed in a hotel in the middle of nowhere with a bar next door.We were told the bar was off limits always. This is a bullshit religious company among other things.2 guys went next door on a day off and had a beer.the bartender turned them in,and they were kicked out.I paid a $250.00 to my recruiter before I went to the school. NOBODY else had this bullshit fee!! No smoking in the rooms,no freedom,no food,no microwaves or fridges.I was lied to.After 3 days of listening to more bullshit lies I relized this company was fuked up.Going to charge us for everything.Schneider pays more per mile.I got the *** out of there. England you suck, you should warn people about your bullshit religious background and fuking people out of money who do the work.

3. Written by paidtrucker, on 28-09-2009 00:39 To all the cr england supporters on this post, who are so well spoken and clearly way smarter than any driver..you are full of crap. My company has no problem PAYING me for the loads I pull. cr england has a horrible of history not paying drivers for loads, fake/made up charges for repairs and any other lie in order to not pay the driver! So to the real drivers out there DO NOT Drive for cr england, hopefully they will run out of people to burn and go bankrupt. The owners will burn in *** for all the people they abused.
4. Written by A Real Driver, on 19-09-2009 23:00 I thoroughly agree with Trans Pro...this is not a "get rich quick" business. If u thought u were going to know everything there is to know about it in a few short days or weeks, then maybe u better find that common sense that u don't have. U will never get ahead in this or any other business without working ur tail off and then some. And, no, CRE did not put me up to this. I've been out here 25 years and this is the way this industry has always been. Next time, do ur research.
5. Written by Zwara, on 26-08-2009 21:01 I see England brought along some of their people to post messages to try to discredit this guys post . Fact is England does suck, I had gone to their school, good thing I quit after only a few days so I didn't owe them anything. I remember them specifically saying "you will here horror stories in the halls, don't listen to those people, they were just irresponsible." Now I hear England won't even let you be a solo company driver, it's either leasing or teams only, that's a sure sign of a rip off.
6. Written by From what I have read, on 24-08-2009 14:39 I can understand wanting to have a career to take care of you and your family. We all have the same concerns; but if you don't have the ability to use proper English, spell correctly or have the ambition it takes to be a part of the transporation industry, maybe you should consider going back to school and taking some English or communications classes. Maybe when you have a grasp of what the transportation industry needs for labor, leaders and those who will move on to other positions, you will realize that the lack of education, knowledge, and ambition will keep you in the seat or at home because you just don't get it. Like any other job, you can't get ahead thinking you know it all but going the extra mile to be a company representative, customer service agent, and handle yourself respectively whenever a customer or supplier is present. Take pride in your company, you job, yourself and your appearance and you will move beyond the truck in no time.
7. Written by Trans Pro, on 24-08-2009 14:26 Trucks depreciate faster than any other vehicle and most leases are on used vehicles rather than new. This is because they are bought from other losers and sold to people that want to become rich just by holding on to the steering wheel; therfore you are buying at an inflated price because you are buying from the carrier you are going to work for. The actual settlement from any load you haul will be determined after you pay for maintenance, flat or replaced tires, insurance, authority, actual payment and possible fines or infractions from inspections or audits. These are additional costs that are under legal terminology you decided to overlook because you didn't understand the gibberish so now you are disgruntled and looking to make a carrier look bad when it was you who made the mistake by not having an attorney decipher what you didn't understand. If you can't work under FMCSA's guidelines along with the carrier, you don't need to be leasing or owning a truck.
8. Written by Trans Pro, on 24-08-2009 14:17 In todays economy everyone is looking for the job that will provide for all your needs. Unfortunately, most go into transportation and expect to make top dollar and work an 8 hour day; transportastion is 24/7 and if you decide to buy a truck and be independant, you take on more liabilities than if you are a company driver. Basically, if you want to be independent, you are not able to pick and choose because you have payments, maintenance, license and authorities to pay before you get a paycheck. READ THE FINE PRINT....YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO WORK TO MAKE MONEY! Buying or leasing your own truck is no different than going into another business...if you are not prepared, you will fail. Trucking is not being a glamorous professional tourist, you actually have to work. If you are not up on economics or the seasonal freight movements, you will fail. Having a dedicated haul does not guarantee anything, all that means is someone has tied in a contract for a minimum of one quarter of a year. Back to economics, if an independent lives in their truck and under bu=ids the contract you are under; your dedicated run has come to an end. Put some research in what you're doing and quit crying....driving a truck is a job and it will take you away from home most of your life....WAKE UP!
